00500		Good quality aerial photographs of a suburban community  will
00600	be taken from an altitude of (say) 1500 to 3000 feet and digitized. A
00700	program will be written to find motor vehicles in the  pictures,  and
00800	stereo  pairs  may  be  used  if this helps.  The program should find
00900	almost all ordinary looking automobiles, and the number of false hits
01000	should  be  only  a few per scene.  If it can find partially occluded
01100	automobiles (e.g. by trees) or more uncommon looking vehicles so much
